Our Story

​

It started with a love of good barbecue, a couple of small offset smokers, and cooking for family and friends. It didn't take long for our small smokers to get overwhelmed with requests as people had their first taste and needed more. It was time to upgrade. We decided to build our own large smoker and continued to grow as more requests poured in. We are now happy to share our smoked meats with you all, our friends. Enjoy!
